September 2011, I subscribed to AnswerNet answering services, Allentown PA call center to handle emergency maintenance calls from our tenants. I received our first bill 14 days later charging us for a full month of services, the following month we received a bill charging us for 128 calls over our allotted plan, I called and asked how they justified that many calls when I was only able to document 23 well within our plan, I asked for a detailed master call sheet, month after month went by with overage charges never proven, i finally contacted their home office to voice my concerns, I was told individual call centers billing practices are at their own discretion but was provided with the previous months call detail information.

Now I know why they put off suppling this info to me for 5 months, first, As I already knew, we we billed for call overage charges that AnsweNet never received, secondly, they advertise live answering services but 34% of calls were automated, we were billed for calls regardless if they actually answered the call, average hold time to our tenant was a minute and 7 seconds, longer than the average talk time.

This company sucks- they will not help grow your business as advertised in fact they just pissed my tenants off- 50 live agents per call center, yeah right, maybe 50 if you combine all of their 48 call centers across the US, professional service-there is nothing professional about Jean McFadden, accounts manager, or her team of untrained agents. Stay away from this company, they are the worst company I have any had the displeasure of dealing with

I have worked her for years I have made several complaints about the General Manager stealing from the company and they will not listen. We also complained about the fact that her husband works there and receives special treatment and gets paid for hours he really doesn't work.

They fired the Assistant Manager after husband threatened to sue them because they fired him because of management employee relationship but kept the G.M's Husband working there. This place is full of drama, and lies

They will not deliver messages for lots of technical issues on their side. Alot.

Lots of lossed business and upset customers. So I fired them. They said i had to give them 30 day nitice to terminate and they kept charging my credit card.

Read the agreements close. It says if they screw up they are not liable and is not a reason to get out if the contract.

The Hays, Ks site steals money from clients. Zales mostly, some CCHS and a few others.

They "add-in" hours when they run over client goals. So they bill clients for hours they don't really work. or if they are doing good the will make their supervisors log in so they can bill them for those hours. They have people doing 3-5 jobs, nobody in that building but the GM and IT guy have received a raise in over 5 years.

They allow there reps to run the place as the GM just sits in his office all day long doing a whole lot of nothing. Still trying to figure out how to get a hold of the zales client. They should know they get ripped off of thousands of dollars a month. I quit there cause i was called multiple swear words that ended with me being called a little *** *** *** ***, and when i went to GM about it he stated he "didnt want to deal with it".

The place at once was very good and cool, but stealing, allowing reps to do as they please and say whatever they want, and never getting a raise(even though Brad, regional manager in december of '11 sd everyone there over a year needs a raise and a filled out eval, ya well our evals were still on mitch's desk on august '12, as we watch the 'corporate' guys get raises) was my final straw. All in all, dont work there and don't hire the Hays site at least. it's very bad. I personally never had an issue with Gary, he seemed pretty cool to me but only talked/met him a few times, now Brad the regional manager for outbound is as big of a *** as *** gets, and Mitch the Gm of the hays site is his lil puppet and Mitch has turned into a very bad person as well.

The almighty Dollar is honestly all they care about anymore.

Noting else matters. They literally will do anything to make a dollar and run over anyone who gets in their way.

This joker says he is a CEO. I worked for him and this egotistical loud mouth could care less about his customers success and satisfaction. He is too busy counting his money, terrorizing and having sex with his employees.

The company's call centers are staffed with incompetent minimum wage inner-city persons of questionable intelligence and moral standards. One of his sales people resigned because she was working out of one of the call centers that was staffed by recovering drug addicts that would do drugs during business hours. Do you really want these Turkeys taking calls from your customers or patients?

No doubt this post will be refuted by either the Great Gary Pudles or his joke of a Marketing Director that attempts to minimize the impact the cold hard truth creates.

So buyer and prospective employee beware. The company had fired and pushed out over 40 employees in two years. The benefits are horrible and the leadership is weak. The senior managers are puppets that are manipulated and verbally abused by their puppeteer and leader Gary Pudles. Stay away and keep looking.

You could consider this the rant of an upset former employee. Or a person exposing the corporate dirt on a really poorly managed company. I am past my anger and now it is time to move on and leave the sinking ship behind.

Worked for one of Brads companies under Tristan Peterson back in 06 and he was a known scam artist then. Wouldnt be surprised if all of this is %100 true.

This is a simple telephone answering service nothing more. Any other service offering is a ruse to generate higher revenues and when they fail and they will 90% of the time on larger projects.

They will keep your set-up fees and make it your fault. AnswerNet is a company without a moral compass. They hire people with questionable qualifications and fire those that question mediocrity. Gary threatens and berates all his employees.

He even fired his own blood because of his large ego. He promotes from within if you either *** with him or a blatant button kissed feeding his ego. STAY AWAY.

I suspect you have very little choices towork. If you had other choices you better not work for Pudles. Consider it a temporary position nothing more.
